Yes, Bob does great work. Not the best at deadlines, 1 month late, but it's worth it for the sheer quality! This thing is built like a tank and everything just looks top notch!Man that is beautiful! Is that an Aristocrat?
Ya, im,pretty sure some residents will be moving in next week. I'll post pics in storage thread.Other than looking sad and empty, that thing is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!
Don’t rush it - let the wood acclimate.Ya, im,pretty sure some residents will be moving in next week. I'll post pics in storage thread.
Wished I would have went that route, but I was too impatient to save up another $400 I should have listened to my peers (looking at you @icehog3 ), so I went with the "Tower Of Power." I've had some issues with it, some major, so not, but I have FINALLY got it where I want it. Only took 4yrs though.Yes, Bob does great work. What B said Lok, that wood is thick, definitely give it at least 10 - 12 days to season and acclimate to humidity. It's really not worth trying to rush it.Ya, im,pretty sure some residents will be moving in next week. I'll post pics in storage thread.
I'm not. I'm going to stock it next sat. What B said Lok, that wood is thick, definitely give it at least 10 - 12 days to season and acclimate to humidity. It's really not worth trying to rush it.
Why the hurry? I mean, do whatever you'd like, but That wood is probably bone dry, it takes a at least a week for just the thin wood of a desktop to season and balance out. Probably be fine to put boxes in after a week, but I'd definitely want to wait longer to put the singles in. It's beautiful though man. Congrats.I'm not. I'm going to stock it next sat.
