Holy shit Chuck! You feelin' fine now?Just got released from the hospital. At 4:00 I lost feeling in my fingers, feet and face. Freaked me out totally. The wife slams me into the hospital where they have spent the last 8 hours strapped to cardio monitor while they ran every test Blue Cross would pay for. I have more holes in me than a pin cushion and have experienced every machine in te damn place.
When all is said and done the doc says, "Do you have a stressful job"? and then, "Do you smoke"? Well yeah. Who doesnt? In other words, no conclusion. So now Im supposed to relax and smoke less. I get to join the one a day club. SO no more marathon cigar days for ole CWS.
So I'm smoking my one: 1998 Boli PC. Hey its late.
Thats what I told the ER DOc. I forgot to mention the best part. WHen this all happened I called my regular doc. He says I cant treat you because he switched to Kaiser. He wont even refer me to someone. His nurese only said, "That doesnt sound good." So I'm freaking out with no doctor. The ER doc was great though. What he really said was a cigar every other day. I said what? He repeats. We go through this for a while and settled on one a day. I'm going to sell all my PC 's and buy all DC's.:glassesgrJust got out of monthly meeting for lunch.......DAMN Chuck!!!!!!
I had the same thing happen to me and it was stress......I had every test known to man including a spinal tap to check for MS and other neuorlogical diseases, and it was stress.....BUT, be sure to follow up. Get all the tests!
I ain't about to lose a new friend dammit!!!!
PS....how can you relax and smoke less????????? Smoking cigars is relaxing!
