It was a My Father Day, two great Cigars, can go wrong with a My Father Cigar.

FYI the Don Pepin Garcia - Series - JJ, in the second photo might be a bit strong, if you don't like a strong Cigar.

Interesting you say that about the JJ, I found them to be rather mild. Goes to show ya all palates are not created equal yeah?

Well I find my palate is in a constant state of change. I have has several of the "JJ", and none were this strong. Good Cigar, but this particular one was strong. It was late in afternoon, had just come home, and was not full of strong black coffee.

Huge thank you to the lottery guys. I love the eastern standard and this is NOTHING like that. Bolder flavors, creamy, spicy pepper, full body, up there in strength.

$18 msrp? Ehhhhh.... no. I'd price it $11-12.

But i am really digging this!

“Man Cave” and “HGTV” don’t belong in the same sentence. Did you follow HGTV up with some candles while watching Lifetime in the “man cave”? :)
Have you even watched HGTV bro? Half of the shows are home reno shows. Tearing a house down the studs and rebuilding it and stuff like that. Fixing shit with your own hands...it doesn't get any more manly than that.

To be fair, I haven’t. Haha! I don’t watch much TV anymore but the HGTV I remember is very... boring. I picture a sea of middle aged white women eating Nutella while watching HGTV and looking up copy-cat recipes on Pinterest.

Nice, glad to hear it! I believe that's the Reserva Limitada 1000 - 3000. (y) Glad you liked it!
I think I read here that it was the most popular of the initial Curi lines among the employees of Atlantic.
To me its kinda in the middle of their lines flavor profiles.
A little bit of spice, nice flavor, decent complexity and strength.
I get the feeling those will age pretty nicely, but I only have a couple more right now, so I don't know when I'll be able to set some back long enough to find out.
I think my favorite so far is the selection privada natural. The S. P. Maduro is a bit spicier and stronger. Dave seemed to like that one a good bit.
