Just Another Ashhole
Preachin to the choir. I had gotten into the habit of "saving" all of my great cigars over the years which is why I have some that are 20 years old and others between 8 - 20 and at my age there is a distinct possibility I'll never smoke them. The addiction to aging/saving is real and I know a lot of friends who will sit and stare at their collection as saliva rolls down their cheeks and wanting to smoke them but the built up addiction of collecting vs smoking can be overpowering at times. I've picked up my aged cigars only to lay it back down and saying....maybe tomorrow. Maybe we need a resident Cigar Therapist to get us over that hump to allow our minds to smoke whatever cigars are at their optimum instead of eyeballing them as they get older....tragic that this mindset exists while good cigars sit and become prisoners. We make do with whatever time we have. AmIrite? Smoke it, enjoy it, cause one day we wont be able to anymore, no matter how many tastebuds we got left!
