I can not say it is perfect, but it is the "best" Cutter for use in no or low light. I have a similar model Cuban Crafter, it will cut up to 60 Ring Gague, it will do Torpedo's.

When I go to our Club that meets at night on a baris patio, the light is horrible. Very dim, everyone asks can I use that "no" light cutter?

Honeslty under $13.00 Delievered, can not go wrong.
