Thanks for following up, bro! She's been on antibiotics since Friday and her symptoms have improved. She isn't stumbling/falling as often and her appetite is getting back to normal. She's still holding her head to the left and seems a little off-balance, but it's a noticeable difference from when everything started last Thursday. Hoping she continues to improve.

Glad to hear she's on the mend, thanks for the follow up, so per the vet is it an inner ear infection as you expected and not a tumor or anything serious? Good looking dog my friend.

Haven’t been back to the vet. If it keeps improving I think it’s safe to assume it was an infection.
