Just paying it forward. The pipers have smacked my turtle many times and it's the least I can do.

I’ve been curious about pipe smoking for some time now though I’ve not seen a reasonably easy way to give it a try. I saw this post and thought it was a great thing you pipers are doing. If someone would be willing to help me out, I’d trade some cigars for a basic pipe setup.
Is this dead? It’d be a shame if it wuz...

It's hard on some of the pipe crew since it tends to be the same folks over and over again. I have so many small baggies around from all the passes and such, I haven't opened a tin since May.
I'm game if you're up for it.

Looks like I missed the bus on this....
I fell to the inevitability of a pipe....with the colder temps and not being an indoor smoker, I have purchased a pipe, tool, and cleaners all to be delivered by Amazon today. If anyone wants to give me a proper introduction, I am willing to do a trade. If this is well and truly dead, I'll go stalk @bostoneo !

@Grrrrr609 has graciously allowed me to help in moderating this thread. With all the new interest in the newbie pipe sampler I’m hoping to help facilitate trades so that the noobs really get hooked lol!
