thats a fuckin sick setup....Im still in plastic buckets....Picked up some new cold side equipment for the back yard brewery. So far three recipes run through it with each getting a bit better as I improve the process. Bit of a learning curve coming from brewbuckets to these. Fourth (hbc438 pale ale) will be transferred under pressure this Friday and the Fifth a NEIIPA in a week. I seem to be spending more time on the homebrew hobby these days.

A pump was probably my favorite upgrade I've made to my brewing system. Not lifting anything from start to finish is pretty awesome.10 gal of punkin ale into the fermenter to nap for a couple months.....new blichmann pump made the pot and cooler setup soooo much easier on my back

yah, not that bad moving and lifting coolers for 5 gal batch, but I mostly do 10 gal now, and that gets to be a lot of wort/water to manually move around for gravity to take over.A pump was probably my favorite upgrade I've made to my brewing system. Not lifting anything from start to finish is pretty awesome.

Yeah that's a damn good beerWent to start my yeast starter tonight. Can't find my stir bar. I'm pissed. Guess I'll be shakin'.
Never the less, on Monday I will be making two beers I wanted for winter. A schwartzbier and another inspired by winter lager. Both should be yummy.
Also pondering making our BOTL 2016 RIS again. That was some delicious beer and a solid choice for winter time, but time is running short to make that gem.
That looks amazing.Brew day, oatmeal stout. Cannot wait to have a garage...
