I really enjoyed it. It went back and forth between peppery and sweet and creamy. It burned really well and I never had to re-light, although the ash looked kind of wonky. For the price, it was great. Looking it up in a search on this site though, the brothers were mostly negative about it. Most of the comments were from a few years ago when they were first released. Maybe a little bit of age has improved them?

I think you really like them or you don’t. Some people love the Opus X,and I’ve never really liked any that I’ve had.

In 2008 I went through a divorce, man, Tool and Black Label Society got me through it. Life was hard then Brother.
I will start by saying im an old school TOOL fanatic....but the lyrics of this particular song relate to me based on my career path....im running my family's business even though it is not my dream, its my father's.

Lyrically Tool is hard to comprehend....I think that is what drew me in....to research because your connection is already established creates a firmer base.

Example: cigars. We all enjoyed them, but we sought a deeper level of understanding that drove us to seek this place, no?

This song speaks of patients in the path chosen to reap the reward, but with a caveat:
If there were no rewards to reap
No loving embrace to see me through
This tedious path I've chosen here
I certainly would've walked away by now

And

I still may. And I still may
Be patient
I must keep reminding myself of this...

This is what i debate tonight...these are the thoughts that keep me awake.

Sometimes the only thing we can do is put one foot in front of the other, no matter how hard it becomes. Just keep breathing. I have a long story too. Thanks for opening up Brother. I went back to school at 32 to follow my dream, after working construction in the family business since my early 20s. I was a terrible construction worker. It all happened after that divorce.

I forgot to tag you in the above post. Also, I love the psychological nature of Tool's lyrics.
