You should do a side by side of the old ones.

I did that with the Robustos and thought they were pretty close too. Of course it’s an unfair comparison given that the old TMs have 4-5 years of nap time. Since I have a whole bunch of the old Triple Maduros and when Holts “found” the Eiroa-era Corojos, I have no real desire to buy (...or even try...) any of the new “bold” blends.
