Good evening everyone! My name's Kevin and I'm just now getting into cigars but already am obsessed. I do know that I like Padrons and Oliva Melanio Maduros.

I'm a chef by trade which means I love food and cooking. I also am an avid saltwater reefer. Looking forward to being a part if this community.

Are you a transplanted local? Kinda looks like your handle is a variation of “musabi.” (...of course I could be wrong and could be something totally haole...)
Where do you work? Our kids are UNLV graduates so we spent plenny time in LV.

Aloha! Yup I'm from Oahu, been living in Vegas off and on for 16 years. And yes it's a mixture of my last name and musubi.
Currently I am the Corporate Chef for a restaurant development company.

I lived in Troy for a couple years, I was the Chef of Bourbon Steak and Saltwater in MGM Grand Detroit.
Cool.
I don't know if you ever heard of it, but I used to work at Machus City Grill in Birmingham, MI. '94-'95, It was my first job in fine dining, I worked for chef Ed Janos. I worked in cold apps and then saute station after that. Sure learned a lot

No, haven't heard of that restaurant, that was before my time in Michigan, I was there from 2009 to 2011.
