Seriously, hope the reattachment works out well for you. When I was a kid, my mom lost a good portion of her pinky to a machine at work. They were able to save it. It looks funky to this day, but it works.

I have mixed feelings. I read a ton of reviews stating that it was one of the more complex flavor profiles that AJ has done. It's good, just not as complex as I was hoping. I have read that at 6 months they are fantastic. I probably should have waited 5 more months, but the curiousity got to me.

Cold draw is complex and seems like it will be amazing. First 1/2 inch is pepper. Extremely spicy pepper (I enjoyed it).

First third is kind of bland. Pepper fades and is only discernable on the retrohale. Tastes like old musty tobacco. While good, it's not complex.

2nd third get a bit more complex with some sort of citrus and floral notes, touch more pepper. Still musty tobacco. Very faint chocolate and sweetness, but it's hard to pick up.

Final third is the same as the 2nd, more pepper and there's some bitter coffee notes.

Mouthfeel has a dry cinnamon kind of thing going on. Not the flavor, just the mouth feel of dry cinnamon, or some sort of dessert spice. Draw, smoke output, and burn are perfect. No touch ups required. Ash held on for about 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch the whole way through.

I like it, just not what I was expecting. I'll have to get some more and let them sit for 6 months or so and see if it changes.
