Traveling through BC

Anybody here living in BC? I'll be passing through on my way out of Alaska in a few months. I'll be stopping in Whitehorse (I know it's in the Yukon), Ft. Nelson, Prince George and probably somewhere near Chilliwack. Any tips on where to stay, eat, drink?

Yeah, you never know up here. The average high for Whitehorse in May is around 50-55. Usually by Halloween, we've seen the last of temps anywhere above 40.
