I am and its sucks because i love all the stuff that is made from milk.

but sometimes you just got to make the choice and suffer with the pain and have some icecream or some good cheese!

My brother and I are. He takes alot of those Lactaid chewable things, I think. I use lactose free milk for cereal, but don't drink much. Other than that, I don't worry about it. I love cheese, but cannot handle the aged cheese at all. It messes me up big time. I drink a ton of egg nog at Christmas and it doesn't hurt me. I also like cheesecake alot. It doesn't do alot to me, but I can tell when I've eaten it.

I use soy milk for cereal a lot but the lactaid stuff don't work for me at all.
so sometimes i just use skim milk if I need to.

Been LI for most of my adult life. Don't even think about it. Sometimes that B&J Cherry Garcia is worth it though...

For some reason cheese don't bother me and as long as I eat some food with milk I am ok. But if I have something like cereal or milk based drink before bed I will wake up the next day with some serious ass stomach problems.

FYI, there are some people who aren't really lactose intolerant, they are just allergic to the steroids and hormones they put in the the cows.
