Very good! One of my favorites.

Not a very good mix with a cigar. Wasn't bad but won't pair that combo with a smoke again.

When looking around at Martin's Wine Cellar and brought this home

After trying this neat I realize just how strong it is, almost harsh. Pretty drinkable though if poured over a big cocktail glass of ice. After reading a bit more about the liquor I find they recommend it in Caribbean cocktails. Doesn't take much to put you into ChuckMejia Carnival Cruise mode!

Never too early for rum. This one surprised me, very good 8 yo Gran Reserva.

Had some Santa Teresa 1796 with a Viliger flor de ynclan yesterday, the pairing brought out a maple note in the cigar. Solid pairing I’d say, even though I’m not a huge fan of that cigar in general.

Finished a bottle of Foursquare 2004 over the weekend. By far, my favorite rum brand. I've got 5 different offerings from their Exceptional Cask series. Amazing stuff...

Tired of the bourbon, so switched gears to rum tonight. Mt Gay XO hit the spot. I find my taste in rum split between the 2 styles of Jamaica and Barbados- the unadulterated rums.
