Road town pipe. Much debate about these and i can only say that every one I have recieved (this one is my 5th?) has had no issues, smoked fine, been safe, and just as described and pictured.
For $10 including 3 days shipping to my door, I live on the east coast, I cannot complain. I have no affiliation with the seller other than as a happy customer.
