Wherever there is a gunshop counter, there is stupid inaccurate shit being shot out of someones mouth on one side or the other of it. It's like an unavoidable law of the universe.
That usually increases by a factor of 10 if nfa items are brought up.

I have a great shop near me in Las Vegas that actually throws the whack talking gun fools out on the street for bothering customers with the usual inane advice and comments. http://spartanarms.vegas/ The owner is a good friend of mine and his staff is the best I have ever seen in a retail gun shop.
I spent years working behind a gun counter in my youth back in NE Ohio and the stories I heard then still make me laugh my ass off.
