If you had to relocate, what would you miss?

Eating my first Creole Tomatoes of the spring and we just got finished with crawfish season, If I had to move, I'd sure miss them! What local foods do you enjoy that just wouldn't be the same some where else?

San Diego style burritos. Tacos. Daytrips to Tijuana. Local fish (yellowtail, dorado, halibut, etc). Nopal (cooked cactus).
