Hoisting some Scotch and smoking this in special memory of a great friend who would have been 64 today.

Suntory Old Whisky

Not Scotch but as a Japanese whisky, it’s close. My Mainland friend, Steve K., gave me this while I was in Vegas last week so cracked it open tonight and shared some with our son.

I don’t do scotch often but the wife and I were hanging out with friends and this was brought out. It was delicious and definitely has my interest in scotches peaked.

It was "OK" - The Red Wine finish really took over, but I'm guessing its needed to smooth it out.

Spotted at Costco Listed as $187 w/$90 off or $97. Internet searches shows msrp list as legit.
