Had a bout of clarity lately and realized some things that are going to be changing this hobby for me, which is never a bad thing. I mostly only enjoy bourbon with a cigar among friends at my cigar lounge. The thing is most of my bottles are too pricey or rare for me to share, so most of the time they end up sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I do enjoy each one from time to time but not as much as you guys do, that’s for sure. Lately I’ve been having fun focusing on improving my Vodka sodas while at home...blasphemy I know lol. I’ve moved on from the Wheatley Vodka to something called Prairie and it’s fantastic!
I’m moving my budget for my cigar lounge whiskey up to $40 from $35 so that should open up plenty more opportunities to share amongst friends. Now for the bottles I have still in my collection; I intend on bringing them into my lounge and doing what I should’ve done in the first place, sharing the experience. So in time my collection is going to look considerably different, but there will still be my BTAC’s and at least two of my all time favorites that I am planning on buying more of anytime I see them. Gotta give
