I know it's just a Dominican binder... and we can see the rip that makes it so. But the texture is excellent, the color is super,well over two foot long, and the aroma is wonderful. Makes you wonder what wrapper leaf it originally derived from.

This excellent binder came from WLT long ago. Right here, it's all damped up and ready to go.
