I am fairly new to the world of cigars and have been tirelessly reading sites like BOTL for the past couple weeks. I have been buying a lot of singles locally to try them out before buying any boxes and will do the same with habanos.

Here is what I have an interest in trying before buying:

[-]Montecristo #2[/-] - Thanks Fredneck!!
[-]Cohiba Esplendidos[/-]
Punch Punch
[-]Anything you think a n00b should try[/-] - Thanks Fredneck!!

I know sources aren't supposed to be talked about, but if you have used a site sponsor and can vouch for their authenticity, please PM me. To build my collection, I will be dumping some cash into some boxes and want to make sure I am getting the real deal.

Being fairly new here myself, I understand if others want to get to know me a little better before sending anything out.

I have to say that, I have greatly appriciated the gift of the several sticks from the wishlist. Thanks to those who have helped in my induction into the CC smoking world. So again thank you to all the brothers for your kindness.

Here's my updated list

H Upmann Sir Winston
Punch Churchill
Montecristo #4

I'm also trying to get my hands on Regional Editions, most specifically the JL Obus (France) and Punch Superfinos (Italy). I already have both Asian Regionals and the German PL Lonsdales.

I will not accept RE's as charity, and would like to trade for them with equal or greater value sticks.

In light of the thread about the oldest cigar you've smoked, I would like to add to my wishlist

-anything with any amount of age on it (three beautiful smokes from Fox)

I believe the oldest cigar I've smoked had about 2 years of age on it, if that...
