I wasn't happy with the judge or the La Opulencia just seemed bland compared to other my fathers
That one was pretty good about an 87 for me which is still pretty high for me

I liked the two that I bought. The profile is very much My Father-like although they weren’t nearly as peppery as the DPG Original line. Construction, burn and draw were excellent with good smoke output. With that being said, I still prefer the Le Bijou 1922 line - especially if they’ve been aged 5+ years.
Definitely stronger than what I normally smoke, but still very tasty. Earthy tobacco and a good bit of spice for me. Grab one (or a box) if you can find them in stock. I found a box of 10 for less than $100, so certainly affordable compared to others.
I had a couple if the encores and loved those. They were so freaking sweet. I am not sure if they were sweet tips or what but they were good.
