Modern Marvels: Coffee

I watched the three staples of life on Modern Marvels tonight ... Beer, Sugar + Coffee.

Ditto. Just got done watching all three shows.

I just watched the sugar and coffee shows. I watch may'be 15 minutes of the whiskey show too.

The coffee Modern Marvels made me go order some Blackdog!

They seem to be running a lot of themed blocks these days. Not too long back I caught Beer, Distilling, and Coffee as a block... a while before that was Butchers, Taxidermy and Leather.

Being a home brewer, catching the beer one was really cool. It was interesting to see just how little the process actually changes as you scale up.

Nothing like an evening of "What to do with dead animals" on the History Channel.

I really do love Modern Marvels as a series, I'll take the worst episode of Modern Marvels over the "best" episode of Discovery's How it's Made any day.
