Five players sticks have arrived and are updated as Recd on page one. Everyone has done a fine job of not sending duplicates as no two sticks are the same size, not even close. I think there are 10 totally different sizes even. Five more players to go and a few more weeks together in the humidor, the weather should cooperate by then, so stay tuned.

One came today, two more to go. Both remaining players have mentioned have shipped, but not received. The plan is still to rest all sticks together a few weeks and start around April. Weather here is wacky in March. Monday was beautiful, sunny, calm, and about 80 degrees. Today (Friday) upper 30's and temp dropped all day, windy, rainy with snow and sleet close to me. Needless to say not outdoor smoking environments. Stay tuned folks.

All sticks have been received as of yesterday. All players sent two cigars. All were unbanded with no hints of any kind at my request, so all sticks are accepted into the contest. All are resting naked with their blank bands in a cedar tray and I measured the length and estimated the RG as well so can post with the review etc. I hope to get some pics posted so you all can see the different sticks that came in. I believe we have 1 pair that is the same, otherwise all are completely different.

Now is the hard part, waiting for them to all equalize and for the weather to warm up. I will be making my official Headbanger review sheets based on the point system on post #1. I will be adding a tiebreaker if two sticks are given the same total # of points, the one that scores higher in the taste section will be higher rated. Other than that, thanks again to everyone that joined. I will be leaving positive trader ratings for everyone once this is over as three players want to remain secretive.

Ok guys, I know half of you might have forgotten about this. The freaky early Spring weather and the family allowed me some time today to partake in the first stick. Shooting for two next weekend as looks like I have Saturday night off. I wrote very good notes for this stick. Now I have to assign a point total, lots tougher then I originally thought. Also I need to ask Chuck or David for a sticky or a place to review these in one spot as I go.

Smoked J1 on the first and D2 today.

Making sure my own point system is working before posting an offical score. Note were written etc., should be very soon. Being BOY Todd starts off -5. Forgot to mention that in my original post.
