@Texican I got a mild cinnamon lime nose. Agave and vegetal on palate at first sip sweetness and vanilla building later lime peaks in late in the pour Really interesting, refreshing. This was a neck pour so I'm interested to see where it goes. Kind of what you expect from a well made Reposado lighter barrel notes then an Anejo but without overpowering Agave.

Yea I read they use natural fermentation, bake in a tradional Horno and grind with a Tahoma then double distilled.

Well, you heard it here folks. I now have to buy a bottle of this and it is @Boudie 's fault.

@Texican I bought a crap load of tequila when I went to Texas wine country a week or so ago so you may not want to get into the habit of buying stuff just because I like it.

I poured Don Julio Anejo the day before yesterday and all I could think of was "sweeter Highland Scotch". Great stuff

Hmmm. I'm kinda on the fence. It's definitely not awful, but I don't necessarily think it warrants the price tag of $70 for a fifth. This one has rough edges to my palate, almost like a cheap Blanco.
