Hell yeah! Progress!

Another member of the Shorts4Lyfe club here. In my case, multiple pairs of camo and khaki cargo shorts.
Awesome! Shorts are the best! I can't stand pants. Just to constrictive. Drives me nuts.
People look at me funny up here when it's dumping snow. "Aren't you cold???" If I had a dollar for all the times I've heard that.:ROFLMAO:

Granted, I don't know what the hell actual "cold" weather is, but ive fielded that same question so many times when it gets in the 30s-40s. Stock response is usually "Nope! Just as long as my hands/feet/head are covered and i got my hoodie, I'm fine!" :ROFLMAO:

Shoulders/back, 300 squats


Jumped on the scale for the first time in two weeks, was delighted to find that I gained EXACTLY 1lb, which means my Googling was correct, and I am eating the right amount of calories to gain 0.5lbs a week for a nice, slow bulk. Because I'm eating clean though...it is a LOT of eating and I'm usually stuffed. I try to get most of it out of the way before dinner, but sometimes still havent hit the macros. To the point where I'll be like "can I have a beer and some popcorn while I watch Netflix? Oh hell...I actually NEED a beer and some popcorn to hit those damn calories." Could be worse.

300 Squats? Like air squats? No weights?
I don't know how you can walk after blasting your quads like that. I do 50 squats and I'm torched
Eh, legs are hard to do since all of this is done at home and all I have are dumbbells. I'll usually just grab a 35er in each hand when doing squats/lunges and do them in sets of 50.
