How is it? Been meaning to try El Tesoro. It's supposed to be made the "old fashioned way" though I'm not too sure exactly what that entails.
That sounds ridiculously good.@Texican I got a mild cinnamon lime nose. Agave and vegetal on palate at first sip sweetness and vanilla building later lime peaks in late in the pour Really interesting, refreshing. This was a neck pour so I'm interested to see where it goes. Kind of what you expect from a well made Reposado lighter barrel notes then an Anejo but without overpowering Agave.
Yea I read they use natural fermentation, bake in a tradional Horno and grind with a Tahoma then double distilled.
I keep forgetting to pick up a bottle of this.
Salud pariente! I'm down with the Don. Haven't had this in a couple years...time to get some.
Did you post this in the bottle kill thread too?
