My first Carnitas from Rojas, on recommendations including @BloodWood 's.

I'm not going to get too crazy after just one, but I think this one might be neck and neck with the Barbacoas for my palate.

One of the best Connecticut’s I’ve smoked. So gotta agree. Matt sent me one. Loved it
