But what was this lunch though
Shredded sweet potato
shredded chicken
1/2 small onion diced
1 egg
garlic
smoked paprika
cayenne powder
McCormick Chili Powder
Shawarma seasoning

Mix it all together in a bowl while you have a pan with a bit of olive oil warming. You can make thin cakes out of the mixture or pour the whole thing in the pan. When one side starts to brown flip it and cook the other side until it is golden or slightly brown.

The trick is to eat it before it cools down. Once it gets closer to room temperature it isn't anything special. It is something about the heat mixed with the cayenne pepper and shawarma seasoning that just takes it to the next level.
