I panic bought these, had buyers remorse after purchasing the box last summer or the summer before (posted here) and reading reviews about how these sucked.
This is a H&F box and the cigars are spectacular. Great draw and burn, nice pull, just a little tough on the draw, just the way I like 'em. The flavor, although didn't really change all that much was fine just getting a bit stronger as the cigar wound down. It changed enough and the original flavor was creamy, coffee, nutty and a little spice that I was OK with the limited changes in flavors.
Paired with a nice rum.

I had the same look on my face as your dog after seeing that RA GIG, have not seen one in a long time.
Montie #2 ATE 2018 - I never smoked a good Montie #2 and I've been trying every few years since 1997. Always had bad luck, bad boxes, making purchases in early 2000 's when quality was crap. Even had a box of JM OVSU that were pretty mediocre. But that changed last night, Friday night smoke, lots of flavor, dark coffee and chocolate, leather. Manhattan rocks, needed a roach clip... Finally got a good one.
