That's kind of why I wanted to watch it. I loved Malcolm Reynolds so and I liked the brief character Fillion played on Lost so maybe this will be good, too.

Why is it that they are supposed to be driving from Key West to Jupiter and they are surrounded by desert and mountains?

Kind of reminds me of Heroes with the cheerleader chic surrounded by mountains and trees when she is supposed to be in Odessa, TX.

I watched the first hour and now I'm pretty sure I'll never watch it again. What a bad start to a show.

I thought it was interesting. TV in general has gotten a bit hoakie. I liked prison break but the last episode went way too far, another prison, in Panama?

24 just went stupid. Halfway through the season Jack remembers, "Hey, I had a girlfriend. Whatever happened to her?" Chloe says, "Oh, she died. We didn't tell you what with us sending you to be killed by the terrorists and all. It just didn't seem like the right time."

He's the only reason I'd watch the show.

So, those of you who watched it last night, how was it? I was at the office, then mowed the yard after dark (don't ask) so I missed everything. I didn't even come into the house until after 10:00

I stopped watching 24 a couple of seasons ago. It's still being DVR'ed for the wife as she seems to think she is going to watch it. That show just went way too far to the wacky side for me.
