Happy 4th y'all! I was given the thumbs up to get fireworks since the horses are used to hearing gunshots so often.
She saw what I got and thinks its gonna be to much for them. Damn... I guess I got excited. We don't have anything like this in California.
Yesterday's haul that probably won't be enjoyed for a while...

The wifey authorized getting some fireworks that were a bit more tame so here's this mornings haul. She does love me!

Sounds like she's a keeper. Just make sure those are fired off in an area that is not susceptible to fire. Make sure it's not too dry down there.

My son and I picked up a TNT pack of California Safe fireworks which were fun, and now the neighbors are making the area sound like a contested area in Kandahar!

I was hoping for some video of these fireworks.

I only lit a couple of the bottle rockets and these little balls that crackle and pop after you light them. The horses were too freaked out.
I did get authorization to light one firework every few days to get them used to it, so I'll take it.
