Could someone explain to me how this works. It seems like something I'd like to try but not sure what it exactly is. I'm a newbie so please bear with me.

if you want to work out some sort of trade with a member with tenure, just make an announcement here or better yet PM Todd. (Wasch24)

its a good way to try some new sticks. usually you would send your sticks out first and when your sponsor gets them, he then proceeds to mail some sticks to you. you could probably work out a monetary trade for sticks too, if your stash isnt that big.

I don't have enough cigars for a trade so would the monetary trade be thought up between me and the sponsor or is there a set trade price?

that youd have to work out with your sponsor before hand. price, number of sticks, etc. once you get set with a sponsor, just send a couple pms back and forth till you get something worked out. im sure whoever you get set up with will be more than helpfull.
