Thanks man. Actually, I'd almost say it's like the Maduro Christmas releases. There were like 8 different bottles in the Antique Collection for Buffalo Trace and each of them I think was under 10K bottles total produced.
What's the Buffalo Trace?? My licker store has that...

So I just bought a bottle of Eagle Rare (I'm really liking this one), looks like I'll buy a bottle of Buffalo Trace next.

My store has over 20 bourbons to chose from!

Eagle rare 10 Year I'm guessing. There is also a 17 year that is much harder to find. Might even be part of the ANtique collection. I keep meaning to try this. If you come across a version with a proof of 101 be sure to grab it, very rare nowadays.

Get some of that 17 year, quick. In fact, pick yourself up a couple bottles and hold on to one. It's part of the Antique collection.

Get three, I'll take one too. :robosmile

Haven't found it around here. Seriously though, only if you don't mind.

Oh, and while you are looking, since they have this, might want to check into the other Antique offerings to see if they have them. Great stuff to have or you could easily sell some of it on Ebay to recoup costs:
Sazerac 18 year (Rye)
Thomas Handy Sazerac (Rye)
William Larue Weller Bourbon (not to be confused with the standard WL Weller)
All are in the same basic type of bottle as the Stagg and the Eagle Rare.

You guys are cracking me up...all this furor over some whiskey. Nice.

I know, I know, it's hard for a light weight like yourself to understand. :grinFU:

Oh yeah, and it must be a total surprise that a bunch of people from this board are going nuts over something like this. Seems awful familiar...just replace the whisky with a good cigar!

Hell no, it went over $71.50 or whatever I was going to bid at. You have to add $20 shipping so it was just too high.
