If I remember correctly, the "Giant Hogs" are thought to be hybrids. Wild hogs crossed with some huge breed of farm raised hogs. Not necessarily done on purpose, but more than likely from hogs that got away from the farms.

You know, if I hadn't seen this posted on Fox News I would have thought it was a fake. There are a few holes in the story that initially made me suspicious, not to mention that some of the pics look really photohopped. But I'm guessing Fox News would have checked their sources. So all I have to say is that's one huge pig!

You know, I was reading on a photography/photoshop site I visit a lot (Worth 1000) and someone there had read that they cheated on the photo. They had the kid stand pretty far behind the pig to make it look bigger.:dunno: I'd be curious to see all the sausage they get from it.
