what the hell is a hernia?

found out all about it! that's what has been bothering me for the last month....

here's the irony, my command (well, one sergeant - He comes to me today, sticks his big mug toward mine and says, "all i have to do is give you two weeks advance notice and you have to do what i say." Big ole mo-fo grin on his face. I said, "do what you have to do, and I'll do the same. He smiled, or should i say, smirked, gave me two thumbs up, and walked away!!) has decied to put me back in patrol for the summer months,,, no worries! i've done it before. this time though, he's completely messing with my vacation plans [instead of only having to take 37.5 hours of vacation time for our 8-day Hawaii trip, i will now have to take 75 hours] work hours, days off, etc. well, Santana High graduates tomorrow, Friday i start my patrol shift, but i will be on light-duty status. i think that means m-f/8-5. hmmm, sounds familiar!

i will have to have surgery, but they'll do it AFTER the vacation. so, if you see smoke signals on the western horizon, it's on!!!

i'll keep you informed, as this couldl get really really good!

I had one repaired 4 years ago. It had busted down into my sack and it was like carrying 3 nuts around. Now I have mesh in me to hold it up.

You will always be able to tell that the wire mesh is inserted...if they even need to go that route. I mainly can tell when pushing to launch a missile.

Other than that, no complaints.

in a short way, it is when you tear, severely pull, rip a stomach or lower abdominal muscle while straining and it pretty much rolls down into your sack

well at least that is what happened to me...

mine's a little higher, tear in the stomach wall, bowels protruding. it's been 'slipping back in place', so there's no emergency, at least not yet.... couldn't figure out if it was a low back, a kidney, or my left nut! "None of the above, Bob! Care to try the box on the floor?"
