Moving

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm moving today and will not have a forwarding address for a little while. I've enjoyed this house immensley, but I want to take advantage of the equity before my neighborhood starts looking like THIS.

So for those junior bomb builders out there ... please direct those scuds elsewhere. :razz:

My wife has been thinking about selling our house and moving to a resort area just south of where I work. Housing prices are up in the outlying areas like where I live and down on the lake property due to the lake level being 50 low right now.

But to sell the house I need to do some work to the house and install new carpet and other odds and ends. But If I do all that why should I sell?
She spends too much time watching those sell your house shows on tv.

Thats my wife. Seems like the same show over and over but she assures me each is different. I would love to sell this behemoth of a house and cash in on the equity. She wont go for it. Just likes the shows.
