What are some of the free sites that I can set up an album of pictures to email relatives? Is photobucket one of them??

Picasa from Google.

Picasaweb (http://picasaweb.google.com/home) is the online site and there is an application you can download and run locally (http://picasa.google.com). I believe you need a gmail id. If you have any trouble signing up, PM me with an email addy if you need one and I'll send you an invite.

If your family members want to print, you can upload pictures to most major drugstores and family members can select which ones they want to print. I have done this several times with walgreens. Helps out too because grandparents and older generation are not to computer savvy and the store clerks can assist them.

I like Photobucket. I have been using them for a while now and never have had a problem.

They updated the site as well it is faster and a bit more modern now.

There is also winkflash. we use it but it has been having problems as of late. my friends and family can't always get into my photo album.
