I thought we were talking bourbon, what's all this talk about scotch?

Greg, I really need to pick up some Buffalo Trace. It's very highly recommended from what I can see and very reasonably priced.

Basil Hayden's, Bookers, Blantons Single Barrel or Woodford Reserve can be found in my cabinet. After reading this thread and the one about George Stagg, I bought a bottle of Buffalo Trace. Good stuff! Now I need to try these:

Elmer T Lee Single Barrel
Van Winkle 12 yr Special Reserve
Pappy Van Winkle 23 yr Family Reserve

I have not tried any of the super premium bourbons like Basil Hayden's, Booker's, Baker's. I do like Knob Creek and Maker's Mark. I have a bottle of Woodford Reserve ready to be opened and I'll give that a try.

What do ya'll say?
Knob Hill is very good
Makers Mark is very good
Blantons is the BOMB!!

I have since switched to scotch, but I still love some of Ketucky's best every now and then. I've noticed several of my favorites already posted here.
You already have some Woodford Res, and the Elmer T Lee is also good. Some of the best is the Eagal Rare. These all reasonably priced. Like alot of things, most people can't tell the difference in Good and Great Boubon.

Friends don't let friends drink Jack Daniels
