Tuba,
I just started a strict diet today, at the urgiing of my wife. she says I'm still sexy, but I'm 70 lbs bigger than I was when we married 3 years ago. I went from construction to an office job and gained a ton of weight. I could lose 80lbs and still be a bigger guy. You inspire me. I've lost weight before, but it has been so hard this time that I cleaned out the pantry and fridge and I leave my credit cards and ATM card at home so I'm not tempted to go out to lunch. Keep up the good work. Why is it that us tuba players are always big guys?

There was this girl that played tuba in the marching band at college, she was a freakin' hottie!!! She couldn't play for shit, but we didn't care, the rest of us were typical tuba players!!!
Yeah that is hot. Kidda like a chick that can work on a car, or drives a big truck.

My quiet spell is over, it lasted over an hour.

I'm on a diet for the first time in my entire life. Been following a typical healthy eating diet routine, nothing fancy. I've lost 15 lbs in a month now (my goal is to lose about 25 to 30, but slowly). I've just started excersicing, and that's been harder to adjust to than the diet itself. The MOST DIFFICULT thing was giving up cokes!

I say all that for this point: the lifestyle changes aren't that difficult, and once you get into it, you'll probably find out you like it better!

Great news Kevin! Keep up the good work ( and the workouts ). You will add longevity to your life as you shed the extra weight.
