Mine is the standard, I need to take better care of myself, especially weight wise, I need to drop about 20-30 lbs!

So how about everyone else? Anything unusual?

Same here, going to start working out, getting regular check ups etc.

I also want to become more efficnet at managing my time. I see a Treo in the future to help.

--Wade I'd be up for a contest or some sort as well, I think BOTL did have a Biggest loser contest before but I'm not positive...

I'm doing the whole weight loss thing too. Need to drop 30 or so pounds over the semester and I'll be happy! I would love to be back around 165, but I'll be ok with 180. I scheduled my classes so I am free on tuesdays and thursdays, so I'll be doing a lot of racquetball and weights and running then.
I also want to start walking my dog more, because she really likes it. I would like to take her on at least 6 walks a week, instead of the 3-4 I'm doing now.
My third resolution is to do better in school. I've got that stupid ADHD crap and I'm a severe procrastinator and last semester I had a problem with going to classes. This semester I scheduled all 5 of my classes back-to-back, so hopefully it will be harder for me to skip them. I have to take a couple classes over and I'm feeling really bad about it.
Oh and I also need a bigger cigar collection!!!

+1, maybe we should make a little contest out of this!
I'll do a contest, let's start 1-1-08 we need to get our total wieghts and we can go by total pounds lost each. for 5-10 stick each. I'll start a new thread tomorrow, if you have ideas on length and guidlines PM me.

I think total is better. percentage might work pm me PM and we can all agree, and hold each other accountable. I'm at 260 and would like to lose, 60 of it. But I'll race you to 90 days, and we can go from there.

what you should do is Body Mass index. there are calculators online this takes into account that muscle weighs more then fat so you could loose less weight but still be better off.

I need to cut down on the spending this year. Yup that means less cigars. But.... there are still a few days left this year. :guitar: With the exception of a box of Tat blacks I plan not to buy any cigars until at least May. Thats my goal, but Im gonna allow two exceptions and thats just in case I need to get a fiver of something thats gonna go quick. Damn trees that dont grow money!!!

I am going to quit smoking cigarettes, which yea will stop my cigar smoking for the first few months, but that is fine.

One of my buddies is trying too, we have a $25 tax on each one we smoke after the first of the year.

oh and for you weight loss guys, you need to do % of total weight.
