I normally listen to KGO during my lunch hour. This is a news / talk radio station and they sponsor a local lawyer, Len Tillem, to provide a bit of free legal advice to people who call in whith their stories. One of the calls today had me :rofl:
A young guy called and said he was being sued by a former girlfriend. They had been dating for several months, but then recently broke up. Apparently, she is claiming physical damages because he is rather "well endowed". She went to a doctor and then a plastic surgeon who recommended "labial rejuvenation" to correct her issues.
After Len stopped asking if this was a joke, he said to the guy that he should basically ignore any legal threats. As the relations were consensual, this would likely be viewed as a sports injury. Chances are very remote that she would pursue this - lest the story make the local papers and make him a locker room hero.
