Just got them in today. Will fit the 5,10, and 15 stick Caddy. They are approx 4" x 8" x 1". They fit the caddy perfectly, but can be adapted to other travel humidors. The cigar grooves are approx 7" long. if using them in a cigar caddy, just remove the loose foam trays. no need to pull the "glued in" bottom or lid foam out of the Caddy.

so these just retrofit your cigar caddy to give more protection? sorry if i'm a little slow.
the cigar caddys come with very thin trays. they protect your cigars just fine. trouble with them is that they really do not function as a tray. if you have a 15 stick caddy, its a pain to get at a cigar on the bottom. also, the cigars fall out of the trays when pulling the trays out of the caddy. my new trays can be pulled out of the caddy without the cigars spilling out. they also offer more cushioning than the standard trays.

So for say an 18ish size cady, you would use three of those on one level?

for the larger caddys, i think that using one of my larger trays would do the job. you need to measure the inside of your case to be sure.

I offer 2 size trays now. 7" x 9", and 4" x 8". they both can be trimmed to fit any size travel humidor, tupperware, cigar box, etc
