I try to get in 2-4 runs per week, 3 to 4 miles per run. Love to run, it's gives me some time to clear the mind and think things through. And ya always sleep good after a good run. Run hard, drink hard, and smoke like theres no tomorrow!
I've worked out at least 3 times a week since I was 11 years old, I was at one time a competitive bodybuilder. I actually took a break from it just a couple months ago because I've been so tired from work. I plan on getting back into the routine pretty soon though.
Everyday I do a little something - generally running. Good for the mind, body, and soul.
This may sound weird, but my favorite post run treat is an ice cold Yuengling and an RyJ Aniversario, even before the Gatorade and shower. I have my priorities.
