Sitting on my porch with a snifter of cognac and a Partagas.

It's 30 degrees. At least my laptop won't overheat.

Is it me, or has this been a REALLY cold winter?

Yeah and the ground shakes every now and then. Don't buy a house on the hill and clear all wild brush from around your house and property. The houses that burnt near me were said to have been safe had the dead brush been cleared as they sugest each year. Lazy people get burned.

This is the time of year in Phoenix that they say "you cash the check" Mid 80's the last few days and for the next few. But come June, July, August it is truly a blast furnace. 115, 116, 117 is typical.
