Another old guy question here.

How do I tell the pixels of a picture? Is there a way I can find that out before trying to use if for say an avatar or a signature?

And while we're at it, why can't I save a picture in my signature? I have a pic on my computer I want to use in my signature, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Actually, there isn't supposed to be any but there's a permission mismatch somewhere. As long as it isn't abused, I don't plan to fix it...
