I voted "non-dairy creamer" but I use a touch of CoffeeMate French Vanilla flavored. It's a little sweet and lightens up the strong stuff a bit.

Same here brother I have a press and drip coffee just doesn't do it for me anymore. I probably don't even make good press coffee yet. I'm still learning the inns and outs. Plus I just recently got a burr grinder and some yum coffee from blackdog, so new stuff to get used to.
