Yeah, 360 and PS3 only.

According to the review the PS3 has a *slight* graphical advantage (and can be loaded onto the HDD, so load times can be reduced -- but it says the 360's load times are insignificant anyway), but it still advocates getting the version your friends are all getting. The multiplayer, apparently, is amazing.

A gaming forum I frequent is forming gangs in-game. Heh.

Vice City was the best GTA. I thought San Andreas was way too big and it took forever to go from one side to the other. I didn't pre-order it, but I'll definitely pick it up when I can find it in stock. I can't wait to play it!

I liked the setting, story, etc. of Vice City - probably because I'm a child of the 80's, but that cheesy Miami Vice vibe it gives off was just fun.

But I also liked jet-setting across the whole state. GTA IV doesn't have planes and it's set within the confines of Liberty City (read: their version of NYC), but the level of detail is staggering, and there's still choppers.

It looks to be great. I pre-ordered the regular edition, myself.

I have never solved any of the gta seires but that never stopped me from enjoying the games etc. Now with an online version that you can play cops vs robbers, kille em all, race through the city , make up your own game etc.....it make the series that much better imo. Been wanting to upgrade from the ps2 to a ps3 because of blue ray but have been waiting, this game just made up my mind.

The only reason I got my PS3 is because of GTA IV. It just so happens a Blu Ray player was thrown in on the side :rofl:

I've never completed 100% on any GTA game. I've gotten close with Vice City at 95% or so.

I got it... spent maybe an hour on it already.. I like it... it is hard as hell to drive cause a bunch of the city is dark from bridges and stuff and you cannot see worth a damn...

but the graphics on the PS3 are pretty bad ass

I been playing on my 360 today. Pretty good! I think it will fall into my favorites. I completed 27% then jumped into free roam live. I am having a lot of fun there.

That was my situation as well so on tuesday I got my Blueray player that just happens to play GTA4. Worth every penny.
