Well, I'm in Chattanooga tonight for my interview tomorrow at UT-Chattanooga. If all goes well, I'll be the trumpet professor, jazz director, assistant athletic band director in the fall. Wish me luck- I'll be smoking a good one tomorrow night when I get home, the 7 hour interview will be taxing!

Thanks guys, the interview went really well. From my 8am rehearsal till beers with the search committee chair at 6:30. Everyone was really nice, and I think I did a good interview with everyone I had to meet (deans, students, faculty, etc). I played well, taught a really good lesson and the director of the search committee seemed to really dig me. So, we'll see what happens.
